Having been closely involved with this massive mixed development from its inception in 1989 in the role of landscape design team lead, Southern Green drew up and managed the landscape maintenance contract for the following 22 years. The works involved managing the strong and complex green infrastructure including two parks, cycleways, footways, dockside promenades, public squares, boulevards and mixed areas of housing, leisure, industry and retail.

Ros Southern and Simon Green were responsible for the majority of the hardworks and softworks design and implementation stages for this multi award winning site which was featured as an exemplar on the CABE website.
