A major project is underway at Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens. The ambitious project, will breathe new life into the extraordinary picturesque landscape, which includes Grade I listed medieval castle and Grade I listed Greek revival hall of the Middleton family. The works which are being delivered by HPR will safeguard the totality of the site for years to come. Why not pop in to test the temporary slide and get a taster for the changes afoot.

We are delighted to work on this exciting project collaboratively with English Heritage, Studio Hardie, Dan Pearson Studio, and HPR. Southern Green developed proposals with Studio Hardie to create an accessible adventurous play area to the rear of the Castle complex, enhancement and rejuvenation of garden areas with access improvements and reorganised parking provision.
