Trinity South is a £30m residential scheme with 199 houses and 24 apartments, situated in South Shields.

Southern Green was appointed to design the play areas, landscape gateway features and the detailed hard and soft landscaping around the site. The scheme includes a linear park which runs through the site providing a safe space for formal and informal play and community integration. The network of pedestrian priority spaces within the masterplan connect existing amenities and Frederick Street shopping area, as well as the One Trinity Green and Sinclair Meadows development.

The environment throughout the site encourages the community into the landscape, and provides an interactive, accessible and unique community space for people with high quality materials and street furniture.
