Southern Green have been working to assist Watford Borough Council in delivering significant improvements to four parks and two cemeteries across the Borough funded by Section 106. The Parks and open spaces form an important part of Watford council’s rich network of green spaces and it is the works have secured their practicality for the future.

Works included enhancement of sports facilities and play provision, rationalisation of circulation routes and entrances, enhancement of soft landscaping, boundaries treatment, street furniture and conservation of key existing landscape features.

The project won the ‘Best Parks Restoration Project ‘in the Horticulture Week.
